My Medically Induced Nap

Almost a year ago, while playing volleyball, I did this.
Swelling in the picture was exactly as big as it looks.
I thought it would heal and just be fantastic, but that isn't the case.  So today, I'm getting the really good sleepy juice and having a bit of this.

Then, I get four full weeks of these!

Oh yeah, I'm going to have an upper body of steel.

Most of which I plan on doing lots of this.

Except probably in a more reclined position and laptop

See you guys Monday!

The phrase, "A picture says a thousand words," totally comes to mind.

I did the same thing almost a year ago myself. Only my incident didn't involve volleyball or anything cool like that. It involved wearing lame sandals while walking around our rocky house lot and stumbling over a rock. That's it and my ankle swelled up just like that and it took me several weeks to be back to semi normal.

Anyway, I'm sad for you that you had to have things adjusted surgically and hope you'll heal really, really fast!!!

Ouch! I had ankle surgery a little over a year ago. Six months before I was allowed to run again and lots of discomfort after that but it is fixed. I will think of you.
